Certified Residential Appraiser – President and Owner at ReviewWorks

Alecia holds a MBA and has over 20 years’ experience in the appraisal industry with focuses on performance, quality, and client experience.

Her professional career includes working with Countrywide/Landsafe, eight years with Fannie Mae as a Review Appraiser/Team Lead, First United Bank as an Appraisal Manager, Stearns Lending as an appraisal reviewer and approximately eight years as a Texas Certified Residential Appraiser. As an independent fee appraiser, she runs a successful Appraisal business with great leadership and direction. Her expertise in the industry has allowed her to successfully provide training and mentoring to new licensed appraisers.

Integrity and a persistent drive for excellence have always been keys to her successes and are the foundation of what we do here at ReviewWorks.
